In 2003, Sepp Koster came to Curaçao to join his grandfather, Steef Raspoort, in developing Blue Bay. Instead of a fully functioning resort, he found a project with substantial financial and organizational challenges. Sepp focused on stabilizing the operation and putting in place a clear, long-term development strategy.

 After his grandfather passed away in 2007, Sepp continued to work for the trust that managed his late grandfather’s estate, before taking over the  ownership of Blue Bay in 2015. Since then, he has brought in new investors and systematically transformed Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort into a high-quality destination with a clear growth agenda.

Sepp has played a key role in elevating residential and resort living on Curaçao by engaging leading international architects and interior designers, raising design and quality standards across several beachfront and sea-view developments.

 Today, under his leadership, Blue Bay continues to expand its portfolio with a structured pipeline of new projects, aimed at long-term value creation, sustainable growth, and an attractive proposition for residents, guests, and investors alike.
