Ries van Lomwel is a Curaçao-grown entrepreneur with a background in Business and Finance. At 25, he chose to build his own company — a decision that led to the creation of HQ Rental Software, a SaaS platform now powering over twelve hundred independent car rental companies worldwide. As CEO, he leads a 45-person remote team primarily based in South America, focused on scalable technology and customer success. Combining financial discipline with product vision, Ries brings a grounded yet global perspective on building and scaling tech businesses. Outside of work, he’s an avid traveler, investor, and father of two.
