Ian Sillé
Ian Sillé is a Curaçao-based creative visionary, technical director, and experiential designer whose work seamlessly fuses art, technology, and live entertainment. As the founder of Help’R, a multidisciplinary production studio specializing in lighting, visuals, and stage design, Ian leads projects that transform ordinary spaces into immersive environments where light, sound, video, and storytelling connect to create unforgettable experiences.
Rooted in the Caribbean’s vibrant event culture, he moves fluidly between creative direction and hands-on technical execution — often engineering custom solutions when standard options don’t go far enough.
His design philosophy centers on interactivity, emotion, and craftsmanship, blending bold creativity with technical precision to produce experiences that make people smile, react, and say “wow.”
Recognized as a go-to collaborator for brands, festivals, and community projects seeking modern, engaging, and distinctly Caribbean experiences, Ian combines global creative influences with local color, humor, and energy to deliver work that feels both world-class and unmistakably his.
Beyond production, he’s passionate about learning, teaching, and experimentation — continuously exploring how accessible technology can spark imagination.
Ian continues to expand the boundaries of what’s possible in live experience design, crafting moments that inspire, connect, and spark wonder.
