Geraume Bor is a technology leader and fintech advocate dedicated to advancing digital transformation across the Caribbean. As Chief Technology Officer at Ictual, he leads innovation in enterprise and financial technology solutions that empower organizations to operate securely and efficiently in the digital economy.

In his role as Chairman of the Curaçao Fintech Association, Geraume champions collaboration between financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers to foster inclusive and sustainable fintech growth. He has advised regional governments and central banks on digital payments, virtual assets, and financial innovation strategies.

With more than two decades of experience in technology management, enterprise architecture, and software development, Geraume combines deep technical expertise with a passion for digital inclusion and responsible innovation. He frequently speaks on topics such as digital transformation, fintech regulation, and the evolving intersection of technology and finance in the Caribbean.

Mr. Bor holds a M.Sc. for Business informatics from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam faculty of Computer Science and is ISACA Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT.

Prior to his current positions, Geraume served at companies such as IBM, CapGemini, PharmaPartners (Netherlands), and other software houses in the Netherlands and Curacao.

He has served as lecturer in ICT at the University of Curacao faculty of engineering. He is a presenter, an innovator, a solutions provider.
