Frank Lammers is Founding Partner and Managing Director of PYGG, a boutique corporate services and capital markets firm headquartered in Curaçao. With over twenty-five years of experience in private banking, merchant banking and capital markets, he previously held senior roles at MeesPierson, ABN AMRO, ORCO and Amicorp before establishing PYGG in 2019.

Frank leads PYGG’s work in corporate & fund services, wealth management and investment-banking across the Dutch Caribbean, with a strong focus on cross-border capital structuring. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX), where treasury and market development are his areas of focus. He is further involved in emerging-sector financial infrastructure through Bitkaya, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
