Daniel Corsen is the founder and Managing Director of Reshapers, a transformation agency based in Curaçao and Aruba. Often called the “Chief Reshaper,” he helps people, organizations, and communities thrive through change.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, and transformation, Daniel has supported leaders and teams across sectors to grow with purpose and clarity. His background in International Business and Finance (M.Sc.) combines strategic insight with a strong understanding of people and impact.

He helps individuals unlock their potential, lead with intention, and build organizations that work better for people.

Daniel also serves as Chairperson of the World Scout Committee, leading the global Scout Movement. He teaches at the university level and contributes to several NGOs, driven by a commitment to help people and communities do their best work and live fulfilled lives.
