Carl Saint Remy
Carl Edouard Saint Remy is a distinguished professional whose combined foundation in engineering and diplomacy gives him a uniquely disciplined and solution oriented approach to leadership, public service, and innovation. His early training in engineering fostered strong analytical and structural thinking tools that continue to shape his ability to navigate complex systems, address multifaceted challenges, and design clear, effective solutions.
For more than 13 years, Mr. Saint Remy has served the Republic of Haiti with dedication and integrity. His diplomatic career began at the Haitian Consulate in Santiago, Dominican Republic, where he served as Vice-Consul from 2012 to 2014 and as Consul from 2014 to 2019. He later became Head of Post in Guadeloupe and subsequently Consul General, overseeing a jurisdiction that includes Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Martin, and Dominica. In 2024 he was appointed as Consul General of the Republic of Haiti to Curacao. His tenure has been defined by meaningful cross-cultural engagement, strong community advocacy, and respected leadership.
Parallel to his diplomatic path, Mr. Saint Remy has continuously nurtured his entrepreneurial drive. Entrepreneurship has been a defining element of his life expressed through innovative projects, product development, and service-oriented initiatives.
