Anuschka Cova is the Chief Executive Officer of the Curaçao Hospitality and Tourism Association, representing more than 200 partners across the island’s hospitality sector. She leads the industry’s efforts to strengthen public-private collaboration, enhance destination competitiveness, and guide Curaçao’s long-term development through sustainable tourism. With more than 26 years of experience in finance, corporate governance, and strategic leadership, amongst others as President of CIFA (Curaçao International Financial Association) and VP of CIFC (Curaçao International Financial Center). 

Anuschka holds in Maters in Leadership and Bachelors in Finance & Marketing. She is known for her results-oriented approach and her commitment to responsible growth that benefits both the industry and the community. She also serves on multiple corporate boards and plays an active role in shaping policies that reinforce tourism as a key economic pillar for Curaçao.
